Flowers Illustrations
For my project, I created a series of bird illustrations for a book. The project involved a multi-step process that included research, sketching, digital coloring, and final rendering. Here is a detailed description of the process and techniques I used.
Process
Research: To create accurate illustrations, I researched each bird species in-depth. I studied their physical characteristics, behavior, habitat, and natural environment. I also collected reference images to use as a guide for my sketches.
Sketching: Using the research and reference images, I created initial sketches of each bird. I drew each bird from different angles, including close-up details of their feathers, beaks, and eyes. I used pencils, markers, or digital tools to create the sketches.
Digital Coloring: After creating the sketches, I scanned or imported them into digital software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Procreate. I then added digital colors to the sketches, experimenting with different palettes and shading techniques.
Final Rendering: Once I was satisfied with the digital coloring, I rendered the illustrations to produce high-quality images suitable for printing. I made sure that each illustration was properly sized, had the correct resolution, and was in the correct format for the book's publishing requirements.
